The petitioners are in custody since 24.07.2016 in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from their conscious possession. Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
