The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim. The allegation is of commission of death for dowry by the husband and other in-laws. The petitioners are in custody since 09.01.2016 as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period already undergone, let above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea
