The petitioner seeks bail in Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 222/2017 corresponding to C.R.I. No. 1888/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 06.10.2017 at 8.25 p.m. while he was going to Belahi on his motorcycle, four accused persons surrounded and assaulted him with fist and slaps and also took away his motorcycle and mobile.

Looted motorcycle was recovered from possession of petitioner. He is accused in seven cases.

Considering the facts of present case, I am not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40116 of 2018 (3) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.
