JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2022 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the informant, who appears suo motu.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.302 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties are agnates and the dispute has arisen due to partition.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner was involved in three more cases

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50880 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 earlier, details of which have not been mentioned in the bail application. He has also produced photographs of the petitioner with arms posted on social media platform.

Considering everything, I am not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
