JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 The present application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 for their non compliance of order dated 17.04.2023 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 9459/2022.

2. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 wherein it has been stated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been disposed by a reasoned order dated 01.08.2023.

3. Taking into consideration the statement made in

Patna High Court MJC No.1724 of 2023(3) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 the show-cause, this Court is satisfied that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied with.

4. If the petitioner has any grievance against the reasoned order dated 01.08.2023, he is at liberty to challenge the same.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
