JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 In view of the fact that the petitioner did not disclose in paragraph no.3 regarding his criminal antecedent and had falsely stated that his antecedent is clean, I do not find any reason warranting modification of the earlier order. In fact, it was the petitioner who was required to disclose all these things. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
