On 06.10.2015, the Court had recorded that as per the stand of the respondents, all admitted dues of the petitioners have been paid and the Court by way of indulgence on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners had directed the case to be listed after four weeks. However, even after passage of almost seven weeks neither any rejoinder has been filed nor the averments made in the counter affidavit of the respondents has been denied.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court is of the opinion that admitted dues of the petitioners has been paid. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the concerned officer shall look into the same and if it is found that further payments are required to be made, the same shall also be paid to the petitioners within four weeks thereafter.
