JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 47 bottles (750 ml. each) of foreign liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 6.06.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32212 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Chapra Rail P.S. Case No.43/2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
