Perused the order, dated 29.04.2015, passed by the Learned Single Judge.

The claim of the petitioner that he should be granted benefit of parity of only 20 years of service for full pension, has been well considered by the Learned Single Judge within the broad

Patna High Court LPA No.1586 of 2015 dt.06-03-2018 2/2 parameters of law, laid down by the highest Court of the land as well as the principles, which have been culled out with regard to extending the benefit to an earlier employee, which the present appellant is. His date of superannuation is 30.09.2002. We do not find any infirmity in the order of the Learned Single Judge to bring the appellant at par with those employees, who have superannuated after 01.04.2007.

Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
