JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 This Court has received the explanation of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah. He has tried to justify his action by giving his self serving explanation. The manner he has modified the Section of the Indian Penal Code mentioned in the F.I.R. on the request of the Investigating Officer, is not permissible under the law. This Court is not satisfied with his explanation.

Let this matter be referred to the Standing Committee for needful.
