2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of causing injury upon the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2025 and the petitioner has three criminal antecedents. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that two more criminal antecedents of the petitioner have not been mentioned in the petition due to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40394 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 mistake.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022.
