JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 It appears that prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner was refused by this Court on 25.01.2010 in Cr. Misc. No.38237 of 2009 on merit.

The petitioner did not challenge the aforesaid order nor surrender after rejection of the same; rather waited for six years to renew the prayer before this Court. Apparently, the petitioner has no apprehension of being arrested because he has not been arrested uptill now even after expiry of such a long period. This Court does not find any error in the order, dated 25.01.2010, to review it. Hence, this application stands dismissed. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
