Learned A.A.G.-5 assisted by Mr. Saroj Kumar Sharma, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-5 submits that in view of the materials brought on record in the counter affidavits filed, the petitioner has been paid all his admitted dues including that of G.P.F. contribution. In view of the copy of the affidavits having been served on learned counsel for the petitioner in March, 2015 itself and there being no rejoinder and also no representation on his behalf before the Court today, it can only be presumed that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, if the petitioner finds any discrepancy with regard to either calculation or certain periods not being taken

Patna High Court CWJC No.18021 of 2011 dt.24-11-2015 2/2 into account for payment of G.P.F., he shall be at liberty to file an appropriate representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya along with a copy of this order within four weeks. If such a representation is filed, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders. If any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within the next three weeks.
