The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 643 of 2002 registered under Sections 420, 466, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that petitioner was suspended for misappropriation and thereafter, revoked from suspension and his five and six increments were stopped by the department and the misappropriated amount has been deducted by the department for the reason that he has been sufficiently punished and now, he has retired and leading his retiral life.
