JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 379 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he has cut the bag of the informant and taken out Rs.1,25,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.05.2019. He further submits that the allegation is totally false. The petitioner is a businessman and not a pick-pocketer. The petitioner runs the business in the name and style of Sri Shyam Rath Light.
