JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents, brothers and brothers' wife of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 328, 307 and 497/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture and attempting to kill the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are separate from the husband of the informant and the husband of the informant has filed Matrimonial Suit No. 300

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41477 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 of 2014 for restitution of conjugal life where the informant is not appearing.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahna at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 299 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
