This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326, 307, 302, 353, 386,121,121(A), 122, 124(A), 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 25,26,27 of the Arms Act and 17 C.L.A Act and 3,4,5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 16(i)a, 16(B), 38, 39, 40 of the U.P.A Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused and there is no recovery form the petitioner. It has further been submitted that he has no criminal antecedent.

No.51468 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 Having heard both sides and in view of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the Court below in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 and the Court below shall examine the matter and consider the prayer and dispose of the same on the same day.
