It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that learned Sessions Court had rejected the bail application of the petitioner with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Hence, in the light of the observation made by the Sessions Court, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Accordingly, the present application filed in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
