JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that on 2.5.2016 at 11:30 P.M. the informant had gone to Bank by cycle and withdrawn Rs.20,000/-. On the way of returning home, when he reached Badhwa bridge, three persons on the motorcycle came and took Rs.20,000/- from his pocket and fled away towards Kurmuri Canal. All three accused persons were the age group of 20-22 or 30 years. They had also shown pistol to the informant. It has been submitted that the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade till date. He is in custody since 27.6.2016.
