In view of Annexure-A to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 4, which is copy of the letter written by the petitioner to the respondent no. 4 stating that he has received all pensionary benefits and nothing further is due, the writ petition stands disposed off.

However, if the petitioner finds that any further dues remain unpaid, he shall be at liberty to make a representation before the respondent no.
