Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.03.2017 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 224/2017, arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 430/2016, G.R. No. 2615/2016 for offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and that another co-accused has been granted privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 27323 of 2017 on 15.06.2017, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No. 2615/2016, subject to the condition that one of the bailors would be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station/ court, who will file an affidavit stating his relationship with the petitioner.
