Petitioner seeks bail in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 304 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the brother of the deceased who in his written complaint has alleged that the marriage of her sister was solemnized in the year 2017 and she was being tortured for non fulfillment of demand of one four wheeler vehicle. It has been further stated that her sister was administered poison as a result of which she was admitted in the Hospital on 23.09.2017 and on 24.09.2017 she died.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40016 of 2018(3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 they are living separately and are not concerned with the affairs of their son and his family. The husband of the deceased is already in custody and it was he who informed her in-laws about the admission of deceased in the Hospital. Petitioners are Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law of the deceased. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 03.04.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Raxaul P.S.
