Petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.1043 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 414 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
