The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.258 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 307, 323, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury sustained by the informant, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No.258 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
