JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62640 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender and furnish the bail bonds on time since his father was seriously ill.

The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 5000/- before District Legal Services Authority, Saran at Chapra.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50917 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is further extended for a period of four weeks from today. The order dated 06.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62640 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
