JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Since in all the aforesaid writ petitions same prayer has been made, all the writ petitions were taken up together. At the very outset, Sri Umesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned State Counsel, submits that during pendency of the writ petitions, grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed and, as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, in view of facts and circumstances, there is no need to keep the matter further pending. The writ petitions are disposed of.
