JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections-17, 18, 21, 22 N.D.P.S. Act. The police received confidential information that sale and purchase of Heroine is being done in the house of Raju Sah. The police party surrounded the house of Raju Sah and apprehended this petitioner along with Raju Sah and others. It is alleged that the heroine were recovered from possession of the petitioner and said Raju Sah.
In such circumstances, it appears that sale and purchase of Heroine was being done by the petitioner along with Raju Sah. Therefore, this court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.545 of 2017 (4) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 346 of 2016 stands rejected. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if, no substantial progress is made in the trial.
