2. Petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44418 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 Chhatapur P.S. Case No.259 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 353 and other allied Sections of the IPC and u/s 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Supaul.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioners surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day, in accordance with law.
