2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 dated 29.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioners' counsel are that the instant matter relates to pelting of stones by both the sides upon each other on account of trivial issue and both the sides sustained injuries and their injury reports have been filed with this petition as Annexure- '3' and '3/A' series and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39544 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 petitioners have fair and clean antecedent and altogether six persons, including the petitioners, have been named in the FIR but against any of them, there is no specific allegation.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioners.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioners' counsel and taking into account the nature of allegation as well as petitioners' fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
