The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify an order dated 17-06-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20179 of 2015. By the said order, the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail, however; it was observed that the petitioner must surrender within a period of one month. By filing the present petition, it has been prayed for extending the time for surrender. Once the order in anticipatory bail petition was passed, there is no reason to modify or recall its earlier order. The petition stands dismissed.
