JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 132, 121, 121(1), 263, 109(1), 324(4), 74 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant alleged that on 25.03.2026, a raid was conducted at the house of accused, Saroj Kumar Mehta to arrest him, in connection with Karjain,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45193 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 P.S. Case No. 18 of 2021 and accused Dheeraj Kumar Mehta in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 125 of 2021, both sons of Narayan Mehta, then these petitioners along with other coaccused person, objected the same and attacked the police team with various weapons, as a result of which, several police personnel sustained injuries.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and also the fact that these petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted the police party, as a result of which, some of the police personnel sustained injuries and also hindered them in discharging their duty and gravity of offence, prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioners is rejected.
