The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sabour P.S. Case No. 121/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner is step-mother of the deceased. Maternal uncle of the deceased made allegation against the petitioner and others, but the police did not find any material. The case has already been compromised.

It appears that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected vide order dated 19.09.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No. 22679/2015. I did not find any fresh material to consider the anticipatory bail petition.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
