In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Bairginia P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act. As per allegation made in the First Information Report, ten liters of country made liquor have been recovered from the hutment of the petitioner no.1, namely, Raudi Manjhi.
