Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 411, 419 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was caught from his house when allegedly he as well as others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and on being searched one firearm and other articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of two cases but in the present case, he is languishing in jail custody since 20.04.2016.
