Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners pelted stones on the informant and damaged the vehicle.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the allegation against these

Furthermore, there is no injury report on the record. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P. S. Case No. 180 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
