Quarters of country made Nepali liquor are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 07.05.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against him appears to have already been completed. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No.119 of 2016.
