The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 308, 341, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order 20.1.2021 (Annexure 1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 31509 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after remaining in custody for 1 year and 4 months. The petitioner is in custody since 12.3.2020. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the liberty

No.51736 of 2021(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/2 granted by the aforesaid order of rejection dated 20.1.2021 and the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case no. 45 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge I, Gaya.
