This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rajoun P.S. Case No.13 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. 3.

There is recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2024.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44045 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/concerned Court, in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.12 of 2024. 6.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Barahat Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
