Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)a/26(i)(ii) of the Arms Act and 18, 20, 38, 39 of U.A.P.A. Act as well as Section-17 of CLA Act. The named of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and according to prosecution case itself, nothing had been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 to the
