The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is a case of recovery of 42 liters of Nepali liquor from the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

After considering the aforesaid facts and

No.41891 of 2022(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 circumstances of the case as well as the fact that Nepali liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
