JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 The petitioner is mother of Opposite party No.2. She had claimed before the Court below that she is not being maintained by her son in Maintenance Case No. 24 of 2014. The said Maintenance case has been dismissed by an order, dated 28.03.2014, which is under challenge in the present criminal revision application.

2. The Opposite party No.2 is employed under Munger Municipal Corporation, Munger. From the said affidavit, it appears that the Opposite party No.2 is paying to the petitioner a sum of Rs. 1500/- and the petitioner has filed an affidavit before the Office of Municipal Commissioner, Munger that the petitioner does not have grievance any more in view of some recent development.

3. Considering the counter affidavit, this application is disposed of with an observation that if the Opposite party No.2 fails to maintain the petitioner, she will have liberty to approach appropriate forum.
