JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 34 bottles of Nepali country made liquor, each bottle containing 300 ml., were recovered from the house of the petitioner. According to the prosecution case itself, the aforesaid recovery has been made from the joint house of the petitioner and petitioner is in jail custody since 01.07.2016 and prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had not been made accused in a case of Excise Act.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case
