2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, variously armed, came at the door of informant and open fired from the pistol which hit on the chest of the son of informant and during course of treatment, he died.

4. Considering the accusation against petitioner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
