ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bangaon P.S.Case no.18 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 379, 302 and 504 of the I.P.C. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation has been made against several persons. No specific allegation has been attributed to these petitioners. Thus, though they are named in the F.I.R. save and except there is no further allegation of any overt act being attributed to any or each of them. He further submits that similarly situated three co-accused persons have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.8.2015 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39227 of 2015 (3) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 Cr.Misc. No.32294/15.

Considering that the similarly situated three coaccused have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail and also the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Saharsa, in Bangaon P.S. Case No.18/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
