Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71934 of 2018 by which the petitioner along with another was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 110/18 to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks.

This Court finds no reason to modify the order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71934 of 2018 after an inordinate delay.

The present modification application stands dismissed.
