2. The present writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):- " That this writ petition is being filed for appropriate writ, writs, order/orders to the Respondents to pay the salary arrears from October, 2020 up to dated 2023 by issuing an appropriate writ and order."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests to dispose of the writ application with direction to the District Education Officer, Araria to dispose the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Education Officer, Araria within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent no. 3 i.e. (District Education Officer, Araria shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of production of copy of this order.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
