The petitioner seeks bail in Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 214/2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that the sister of informant was married with this petitioner. After marriage, she was tortured in her Sasural by this petitioner and other accused persons for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, on account of which she left the house and went some where else. It is further alleged that the petitioner informed the informant about missing of victim. The informant made search, but the victim could not be found.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41792 of 2018 (3) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 Case diary has been received in this case.
From perusal of case diary, it appears that victim girl is still traceless.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
