2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2026, instituted for the offence under Section 87 of the BNS.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 06.04.2026 at 10:30 A.M., the informant' daughter Kumari Muskan left for J.D. Women's College, but she did not return home. When the informant made extensive search, then he came to know that his daughter had friendship with the petitioner, Abhinay Kumar. The informant further alleged that the petitioner enticed, misled and took his daughter away with the intention to marry her. The informant also alleged that his daughter ran away with her boyfriend taking about 2 bhar (28 tola) of gold jewellery and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The counsel further submits that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.04.2026. The counsel lastly submits that this is a case of friendship and love.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Having heard the parties, and looking into the allegations alleged, and taking into consideration the age of the informant's daughter and the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the likewise amount in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2026, subject to the following conditions: (I) One of the bailors shall be the petitioner's own or close member.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed during the trial and also co-operate in the process of trial.

(iv) The petitioner shall not commit offence of a similar nature in future.

In case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
