The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya Cherki P.S. Case No. 364 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has agreed to pay Rs. 1,11,000/- to the informant within four months from the date of order. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on provisional bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Case No. 364 of 2017, subject to the condition that petitioner shall made payment of Rs. 1,11,000/- within four months and after making full payment of Rs. 1,11,000/- provisional bail shall be made absolute.
