2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05/05/2023 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 74199/2022 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court below.

3. It is submitted that due to typographical mistake in the petition name and addrress of petitioner has been typed as Abhishek Kumar @ Akhilesh Kumar Son of Ram Kishun Mahto Resident of village- Daulatpur, P.S. Chandi, District Patna and, therefore, the same mistake has occurred in the order granting pre arrest bail to the petitioner.

4. Let the aforesaid error be corrected and name and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44455 of 2023(4) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 address of petitioner be read as AKHALESH KUMAR @ ABHISHEK KUMAR Son of Ram Kisun Mahto Resident of VillageDaulatpur Chandi, Police Station- Hazipur Sadar, District- Vaishali.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

6. This modification application is, accordingly, allowed.
